All measurements are taken flat. If the measurement is for the chest, waist, hip, and/or bottom width you will need to double the number I provide. For example if it says 18 inches for chest then the full measurement would be 36 inches. You must keep in mind as a buyer that these are vintage items, and therefore they are used items.
