Wonderful Vintage Monet Bolero lariat filigree capped beads link chain set,Book Pieces Period 1960-1969 Date of Manufacture 1960's Place of Origin United States Necklace length: 25 Inches; Pendant height: 3 Inches; Pendant width: 7/8 Inches Description 1970s Monet signed pendant is two textured gold balls, one with a filigree cap. The pendant is removable and the lovely textured chain can be worn alone. The Monet signed gold button earrings are a slightly different texture. The necklace and earrings came together from an estate but may not have been sold as a set. 1960s Monet Bolero Parure This set was designed with filigree capped goldtone beads and a double link chain. This popular design was featured in the "Bolero In the Golden Manner of Monet" full page ad. This set is showcased on page 191 of the book entitled 'Monet The Master Jewelers' and features a 30" lariat style necklace as well as the matching bracelet with Monet hang tag. Described by author Alice Vega as "the ever popular Bolero series--a great basic even today!" Absolutely lovely, and an absolute classic! The lariat necklace features a spinning golden link chain holding filigree encased teardrops. The 7 1/2 inch bracelet has the same elements as the necklace and has a fold over clasp with safety chain for additional security. Matching dangling earrings continues the same motif and measure 1 3/4 inches in length. All pieces are in excellent condition. Marked MONET.
